Challenge

Adopt and operationalize new software systems while balancing instructional quality, accessibility compliance, change management, and practical faculty/staff adoption.

Role

Led end-to-end implementation support across evaluation, pilot planning, vendor coordination, rollout, training, and process alignment.

What I Did

  • Implemented CourseDog curriculum and syllabus systems to improve planning and documentation workflows.
  • Supported the RFP process for a new Student Information System (SIS), with planned implementation leadership after selection.
  • Led compliance execution for updated accessibility standards through implementation of CIDILabs tools including UDOIT, TidyUP, and DesignPLUS.
  • Delivered training and enablement support so faculty and staff could effectively use accessibility and instructional technology tools.
  • Continuously evaluated emerging AI tools and recommended practical solutions that could improve institutional effectiveness.

Outcomes

  • Improved workflow consistency and day-to-day effectiveness across impacted teams.
  • Strengthened institutional readiness for accessibility-aligned course design and compliance expectations.
  • Built a repeatable software adoption model that connects tool selection to practical implementation and training.
