Create high-demand programs that are truly workforce aligned while building internal hiring, curriculum, and delivery capability at the same time.

Led end-to-end program creation strategy, instructor hiring, curriculum development, and industry coordination.

What I Did

  • Recruited and hired instructors with both technical depth and instructional fit.
  • Built and standardized curriculum frameworks for quality and consistency.
  • Coordinated industry advisory engagement to validate competencies, tools, and outcomes.
  • Helped write and secure both ongoing and one-time grant funding to support program growth and sustainability.
  • Led instructional redesign work in Culinary Arts and Cosmetology to maintain instructional quality after substantial hour reductions in classroom/lab time.
  • Aligned program outcomes to labor market demand and practical job readiness.
